Ajwad Hashim has lead the Innovation and Emerging Technology team for the past 3 years, developing future technology strategies and executing through proof of concepts in partnership with the Corporate Bank. He has delivered a number of high profile initiatives for the bank, pioneering the use of AI and Blockchain across the technology estate. He previously did his Masters research into the optimization of making financial decisions using artificial neural networks, and has a passion for the commercial applications of new technologies.

As Director of eLearning at The College of New Rochelle, Emory Craig is responsible for a broad range of innovative technology initiatives and the integration of emerging technologies in the curriculum. He is fascinated by the ways AR, VR and AI will transform education and society and deeply concerned by the ethical challenges. He has been interviewed in numerous podcasts, The Atlantic and other publications. In 2017-2018, he co-authored the EDUCAUSE-ELI series: “VR and AR: Stepping into the New Frontier of Learning.”

oversees all customer activity and projects for Hyperloop One in the Middle East and India. With over 35 years of civil engineering experience, he has a proven track record for managing mega rail and infrastructure projects in complex challenging environments around the world.

Harj has spent the last 22 years in the development, delivery, and management of heavy rail, light rail, and metro projects including PPP, PFI and D&B projects across Europe and the Middle East. Notably, he was the Programme Director for the delivery and operation of the first national heavy railway in the UAE - Etihad Rail.

Prior to joining GEMS, Ross was a senior partner with EY and their Chief Digital & Innovation Officer across 73 countries in Africa, India and the Middle East. Ross is also a Board Director at Traffic Digital, the region’s largest independent agency.

Among his recent career highlights Sanjeev successfully lead the region’s largest banking technology and operations integration program. In parallel he and his team implemented leading customer finance solutions, ranging from new mobile and digital wallet propositions to cutting edge corporate banking platforms.

He is Specialized in Agile / DevOps, Software Engineering Practices, IT Governance, Process Automation and Robotics (RPA), LEAN / Six Sigma, and OMNI channels transformation.

Soheyl is currently working as VP of Agile transformation at Emirates NBD with the responsibility of transforming IT delivery of the whole organization to Agile way of working. He is also responsible for managing a large group of Agile delivery personnel (Scrum masters, Agile coaches and Agile Release leads)

An ISB-Kellogg School of Management Alumni and a certified Healthcare CIO (CIOH) and a board member and joint secretary at CHIME India Chapter. He is a CIO — Hall of Fame honoree and was conferred the Images Most Admired CIO of the year — Retail in 2015 by the Images Retail Organization. He is also awarded India's Top 50 CIO's by CIO Associations of India.
